What needs to happen.

- Better training facilities, another pitch and handball .
- Is it healthy that the managers rotate every 2years .
- Bring in intercounty stars.
- Promote Irish language and culture .
- First aid , health matters.
- Histoiry of parish any other groups.
- Modernise facilities (score board electronic ) covered stand.
- Trips for junior members to Croke Park.
- Community Centre , second pitch ,astro turf.
- Floodlights , changing rooms bar/social club more promotions.
- Stay where we are otherwise no choice -is this big enoughto do enough?
- Aquire ground behind pitch .
- need 2/3 pitches in total.
- Need short term planning 2-3 yrs.
- Community centre ,bar , scor ,rounders ,camogie handball.
- Keep it close to church
- Training facilities.
- Flood lights , fitness suite, indoor hall , new fencing.
- pitch surface improved , equipment full size training pitch.

- Seniors to help with underage training , seniors/reserves , minor panel photos on website ,profile
- Invoolve the whole parish , grants officer (inside info )

- More members / layers and communications .
- Recruitment (new people moving to area)
- Underage -encourage each other.
- Support - keep players interested .
- Approach primary/secondary schools.
- Involve /train existing players (16yrs old ) coaching/refereeing qualifications,grass roots proper training for coaches DVD etc .Social side of the club.
- Need to push education boards and council for coaching as Derry do this and are thriving.
- Players need to be in the right frame of mind before matches , sports psychologistwould help !!
- Players must have respect for the managers- if the club structure is right this may come.
- Run a night similar to this one for younger players -they are the future of the club ,they are all at home on the playstation tonight .; tey could have been hear . If they get involved in this they will stay with the club.
- All children need to play and be part of the club - more parents involved in coaching managing the drink culture -dietitian.
- Much has been raised at fundraising events -those who have supported need to know.
- Support fundraising events - matches , training ,other events .
- more training facilities i.e. updated training facalities and changing rooms for girls and ladies .
- Teamwork don’t concentrate on whats gone wrong , if something goes wrong let the person/people know and then move on (spot fix).
- More respect from youth no-vandalism.
- News letter, fixtures information web page .
- Commitment , working together , loyalty, believe.
- Money,grants ,fundraising.
- Vision possibilities , probabilities-actions.

- Business plan like 3-5 yr plus co-ordinatioon

- A strong committee lots of money (where).
- Lotto get more people onboard .
- Support underage matches.
- Someone needs to attend Antrim County meetings and other meetings of interest for Ladies,separate training nights.
- Underage girls need to have training on there own not joined with boys as they can play football in their own right therefor should train and move on their own.
- Fundraidsing events -for youth i.e. like past eg fun bingo , sponsored walks , rafflessheet of squares , afterall without the youth ther would be no club.
- Website need updated on regular basis , photos , results , fixtures of all ages .
- No -secrets -whatever is happening in the club members need to know and not find out in a rumour.
- Feedback from tonight and future meetings ,listen to what people have to say-don’t ask people what they want and then do something different.

- By getting the help from County Boards , Parishoners , Antrim Borough Council , Sports Council and Lottery.
- Irish Language Agency and teachers
- Parents of junior members .
- Croke Park and Ulster Council.
- More Fundraising events , and you supporting them.
- Greater membership, increase fee , direct debit (Whitehill and Cargin charge £10 per month)
- Desire , Attitude , Committment and Belief.
- Players - can players coach other players, speak to other clubs.
- Lotto : get more people selling it i.e. senior players.
- Senior players go to underage training.
- Apply for grants awards for all.
- Parents ,coaches , committee and most importantly senior players , youth look upto you and you are their idols and like to see seniors watch their matches.
- More parents and community involvement.
- Parents watching and supporting the underage teams.
