Please find attached a VHI Cul Camp Coach Application form. This form must be completed by ANY coach who wants to work on a VHI Cul camp and returned to club co-ordinator and sent into Casement for 1st June
For coaches who want to work on just their own Club Cul Camp only you must also complete this form and return to me. This is the responsibility of the Club Cul Camp Co-ordinator to ensure each coach completes a form and returns to me.
All coaches must have a foundation, child protection and Access NI certificates. If you do not have an Access NI cert please complete the form attached and send it with the application form.
If many of the applicants do not have a foundation and child protection certificate, there will be course week beginning June 21st to cater for the demand.
