This is the 125th Anniversary year for the GAA and to celebrate this across Ireland local clubs are celebrating this on 10th May . Our Family fun day will be held on this date and special events have been arranged , we can confirm that we will be having Laser Quest at Moneyglass . All children can have the chance to take part with 2 teams of 10 per session . Below is a picture of what your kids can expect , preparations and cost are in the hands of our events team and are still to be finalized .
Well done to all the children who collected tokens for this competition we were able to place 50 entries after collecting a total of 500 vouchers , lets wait and see .
The children have been asked to collect Gaelic Gear tokens printed in the Irish News for the VIP day at Croke Park . We might as well give it a go as the saying goes if your not in . If you have any tokens bring them to training on Sunday and give them to the coaches for that age group . Entries will be put in for those age groups by the coaches and if they win that age group goes . The numbers are limited to 25 and this includes coaches , If we win and are over subscribed by numbers in a team then enrolled and paid up players will have priority and children who have contributed vouchers .
Training commences Sunday 8th Feb please for all boys and girls for age groups U6 - U10 as follows
- U6 - U10 Boys 11.00am - 12 noon
- U6 - U10 Girls 12pm - 1.00pm
Please make sure you children are suitably kitted out and have a drink with them for hydration.
